These terms are an agreement between you and Celebrable (proprietor details to be added), Pune, Maharashtra, India, for using Celebrable. By creating an account you accept them. You must be 18 or older.
The service
Celebrable designs invitation websites using AI and a library of design components, hosts them at a link, and lets your guests view them and reply. Designing and previewing is free; publishing requires a one-time payment for the plan you choose.
Your content
- You own what you upload and write. You give us a limited licence to store, process (including with AI providers) and display it only to provide the service.
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos and names you add, and the consent of the people shown where that is needed.
- AI-written text and designs are suggestions. Check names, dates, times, venues and religious wording before sharing.
Acceptable use
Do not use Celebrable for anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights, or to send spam or phishing pages. We may remove pages that break these rules and close accounts that misuse the service. Anyone can report a page using the link at its foot.
Payments and delivery
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is one-time per invitation; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. The service is delivered digitally: your invitation goes live as soon as payment is confirmed and you publish. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Availability
Invitations stay online for the period of your plan, which you can extend. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of important details.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Questions: support@celebrable.tech.
